Membership Cancellations

  • We offer one-week, one-month, and one-year memberships. You must complete your minimum term before cancelling.
  • After your minimum term, we require at least 7 days' notice to process a cancellation.
  • There are no exit fees when cancelling your membership.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for memberships unless an error has been made on our part.
  • If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved.
